During this meeting, comprehensive documentation will be generated including photographs, measurements, and a detailed scope of work.
Estimates are typically delivered within a week, although supplementary site visits may be deemed necessary for more extensive projects in order to ensure accurate estimating.
If the estimate is accepted, Horowitz Family Construction will provide a contract and request a deposit. Once the contract has been executed and the deposit received, the Pre-construction phase will commence.
The Pre-construction phase is fundamental to the seamless execution of a project. It guarantees that all essential materials and labor will be accessible and readily available at the project site when required. During this stage, the finishing materials are ultimately selected and ordered. Upon the establishment of all lead times, a tentative schedule can be developed.
